Macaroni Casserole




not too long ago, there was some leftover macaroni in the fridge, so i decided to make this! A macaroni casserole with potato topping. It was good so i decided to share...

For the macaroni...
Tomato bolognese
Minced beef
Diced onions
Rosemary
Black pepper
Salt

I pan fried in the onions and minced beef until golden brown, then added in the macaroni (already separately boiled) and the tomato bolognese paste (i used prego). Add rosemary, blackpepper and salt to taste.

Then you can transfer all that into a casserole dish, or like me i used a baking tray.

For the topping i used mashed potato and Parmesan cheese. You can also opt to use other cheese like cheddar or cottage cheese.

Serve hot.
