of love and sense

You know how they say everyone has their own love language? There's physical touch, words of affirmation, acts of service, receiving gifts and quality time.

It is also extremely important that you know your lovers or even your friends or families love language.
I think my love language is through touch. I appreciate hugs, holding hands and thoughful touches, and also through words, I always share how I feel inside, be it through conversations, poems, emails or letters, and i love receiving snail mail!

And senses plays a big part too, there are also five of them, sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste. Mine would definately be smell!

been to long

I dont remember what happened in the last month. Maybe bits and pieces because August flew by so fast.

The humming bird has always been a favourite of mine! Every now and then, we'll have one flying around in the garden and my mum would call me to look at the beautiful dainty bird.

They are the tiniest of bird species and the only kind which flies backwards, and their fluttering wings of the humming bird moves in an infinity symbol, which symbolises eternity and continuity.

easy and realistic ways to lose weight

i've been staying in kl for near to four months, and let's say that i have not only put on weight, but i have also been eating so unhealthily, i am ashamed of my eating habits.

so these are some pointers i found online which are simple and realistic ways to lose weight and eat healthy.

1. After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
Definitely a can do for me as i don't really like sweetened drinks or soda.
2. Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals. A 1999 South African study found that when men ate parts of their morning meal at intervals over five hours, they consumed almost 30 percent fewer calories at lunch than when they ate a single breakfast.
3. Put out a vegetable platter.
4. Eat cereal for breakfast five days a week. Studies find that people who eat cereal for breakfast every day are significantly less likely to be obese and have diabetes than those who don't. Of course, that doesn't mean reaching for the Cap'n Crunch. Instead, pour out a high-fiber, low-sugar cereal like Total or Grape Nuts.
*means no honey stars or coco crunch ;-(

5.Substitute a handful of almonds in place of a sugary snack. A study from the City of Hope National Medical Center found that overweight people who ate a moderate-fat diet containing almonds lost more weight than a control group that didn't eat nuts. Any nut will do.
*i love nuts!
6. Stock your refrigerator with low-fat yogurt. A University of Tennessee study found that people who cut 500 calories a day and ate yogurt three times a day for 12 weeks lost more weight and body fat than a group that only cut the calories.

7. Brush your teeth after every meal, especially after dinner. That clean, minty freshness will serve as a cue to your body and brain that mealtime is over.
*! very true, and i would always be too lazy to brush my teeth again and thus not eat.
8. Pack nutritious snacks. Snacking once or twice a day helps stave off hunger and keeps your metabolism stoked, but healthy snacks can be pretty darn hard to come by when you're on the go.
Have to pack up baby carrots or your own trail mix made with nuts, raisins, seeds, and dried fruit.
hopefully i will start eating healthy and hopefully lose some weight!

did you know that

1.Eating celery is technically exercise! When you eat celery, you burn more calories than you consume.

A celery stalk contains 6 calories.
Chewing your celery stalk burns: 5 calories/hour
Because of the high insoluble fibre content of celery, you burn even more calories digesting that celery stalk. However, eat just celery and you'll not only be malnourished, but your metabolic rate will slow down to protect your body from your low caloric intake. So, when you inevitably get sick of celery and start eating real food, you'll pack on the pounds faster.

2. The sentence "The quick brown fox jumps over a lazy dog" uses every letter of the alphabet.

Go on, count the letters. It's typically used by font designers to demonstrate their creations.

3. You can't hum while holding your nose closed.

4. The word "queue" is the only word in the English language that is still pronounced the same way when the last four letters are removed.

out of control

i can't seem to be in control with my emotions when i pms, i'm not lying i tell u,
these few days i have been feeling a whole whirlwind of emotions,
i was being over-sensitive, mean, and i cried for half an hour yesterday, over nothing.

HAHA. but i'm all happy and okay now again *waves hard*

oh Dr.David Tong, my lecturer shared on this japanese researcher, Masaru Emoto who studied water and discovered the mystery of Water...ter...ter...ter....ter... (mysterious effect must come with echos)

Just in case you were imagining what MASARU EMOTO looks like, this is him! i feel we look kinda alike. hahaha

So basically,

Mr Emoto took water samples from around the world, slowly froze them, then photographed them with a dark field microscope with photographic capability.

Generally, clean healthy water creates beautifully formed geometrical crystals, while polluted water is too sick to form any crystals at all.

The results kinda makes me skeptical and make me go AHA!

For the pictures below,
Mr Emoto decided to see how thoughts and words affected the formation of untreated distilled water crystals.
This was done by typing words onto paper, then taping the paper onto glass bottles overnight.

This one he taped the word thank you on the bottle, and wow get nice water crystal. AHA!

This one was love and appreciation, even prettier results.... AHA! AHA!

this one he taped on, you make me sick sick, i will kill you and the water crystals became like this...AHAHAHAHAHHA!

Kesimpulan: With regard to the molecular structure of water, our intent (thoughts), words, ideas and music have a profound healing or destructive effect on the water.

Since the human is 70% water — Ultimately it means that what we think creates our reality, not just emotionally but physically.
