I baked a pie and i liked it, tasted like cinnamon chapstick

Yen Mei, i was inspired by your pie baking and thought ill try it out myself :-)

And it turned out pretty well…

My dad said it was so delicious that he needed to drink water because he nearly chocked.

Can someone please point out the relevance between delicious and drinking water or worst still getting chocked? Hmmmph..

I googled the recipe, apple pie and followed the exact recipe and it turned out good!

I came back from Cameron, and i'll blog about the first day when we arrived...

This is the apartment, that 6 of us including myself stayed in!Thats the kitchen and the dining area...

This is the living room...very cosy cause it has a carpet, and the tv has astro on it too.... the first night we were watching this malay show where this woman practised black magic and then she became really ugly cause she had this skin disease, and our friend Alvin told us about all kinds of black magic...kinda creepy!

That's the pasar malam in Berinchang. On saturday, the pasar malam will be in Berinchang, on Sunday, it will be in Tanah Rata, which is one of the main town in Cameron...

They have a lot of deep fried stuff, like deep fried tapioca, deep fried mushrooms and so on...

This is a distorted strawberry that ended in my tummy!

the deep fried stuff i was talking about..That's Alvin and my cousin, yen who is sucking a strawberry popsicle, YUMMY! must get, and it only cost 1 ringgit each. And yen bought the cool hat she is wearing in Cameron too...
Guess what i bought, i bought ROSES! hehehhe, yeah but sadly they are dead now, my mum say want to make compost with them. -_-, i said make pot potpourri also better right make compost pulak....

Going to Cameron highlands for a break after my exams on the 18th, and looking forward to going back to Kluang for my holidays after so long…

But everytime I step into my house in Kluang, I have the déjàvu feeling of hearing Mushroom’s bell clattering around, him chasing after me if I go into the kitchen…… I can go on and on and on about how much I miss my cat because I simply,

Family

My house has been so meriah, full with people, to the extend that I am chased out of my own room and I have to sleep in the spare room. Okay that doesn’t really describe it. SO I am gonna try again.

My house has been so meriah, full with people, to the extend that my stomach is full to the brim cause they cook all the time to impress the guests and there was once I coughed and I literally puked in my mouth cause I was so full. (Eww, I know)

Ya, my house has been so meriah, plus the raya holidays and all. Orang Melayu sibuk raya, kita orang cina pun sibuk juga. We even had rendang, lemang, and ketupat. My mum makes THE BEST RENDANG!

Due to my Peranakan family background, mum inherited the cooking genes, hopefully I inherited some too. Yeah Peranakan women stay in the kitchen for the whole day and cook and cook and cook.

So we had a lot of food, including my mum’s famous popiah, yummy, I had 5 I think.

So there was a massive gathering at my house, , my mum’s side of the family flocked over to my house, everyone came, the adults, the teenager, and the children. OH!!! Talking about the children,THEY ARE PURE EVIL!

My cousin poured water into my ear while I was asleep, and there was this incident his sister tickled him till he couldn’t contain his bladder, and he had to pee on the mattress, and worst thing I had pee on my pants too.
I got so pissed off, that I threw a pillow into his face, and guess what; he threw it back at me. And that was not the end, they got so high, the brother tickled the sister back, and the sister pissed on the bed too! WALAO SO YOUNG CANT HOLD BLADDER ALREADY OLD PISS EVERYWHERE LA!

I told my auntie if I had a son as naughty as him, I would tape him with duck tape around the chair or to the wall, and if he makes noise ill tape his mouth too.

Or why waste so much energy taping him up right? Ill just throw him to my husband, and go for a holiday….

But all in all, it was good spending time with my family, rather than one day we walk past each other by the road side, and we dont even know we are related!

I am slightly unhappy because I have gastric pain, I have an exam to sit for, in like 3 days time.

Yikes!!!!!!!!

I cinta bike rides

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~~ can u feel the breeze in my face~~

I followed my roomie and other friends back to Muar for the mid autumn festival to eat moon cake, steamboat and play tanglung aka lantern.

My roomie knows how to ride a bike, so she brought me pusing around her kampung....

In her room, there was this container of erasers. I WAS LIKE WHOA~~~ remember those erasers you collect from buying the mamee snack.. i think there was like a few hundred of those erasers, how could you eat so much mamee!

These are my favourite ones among her collection. the giraffe, my little pony, christmas tree(how cute) and the candy cane... Okay, not exactly her collection, her brother's to be exact but he didn't want them anymore so he passed it on to her.

It was full moon.. see so round even my no megapixel handphone camera also can capture..

lanterns.....we walked around the neighbourhood, and i think we were the only ones carrying lantern. How weird.. Anyways i had fun.... :-)
